Do you have questions about our process or your investments? We have compiled our clients' most frequently asked questions below.

  • There are no fees collected for a financial plan. We are paid in 3 ways:

    1) When you proceed with our recommendations, we are paid a commission directly from the insurance companies we work with.

    2) We are paid annual service fees to maintain and upkeep your account. Simply put, we do well when our clients do well.

    If you wish to update your address, banking information, beneficiaries, or request any service calls, there are no additional fees charged to you.

    3) We grow our business through warm introductions from existing clients. If you feel we’ve served you well, then please don’t keep us a secret and introduce us to your friends, family and colleagues so we can help those you care about with their finances.

  • WealthWise Planning uses unbiased advice to help clients reach their financial goals.

    We are independent advisors who also own our own business and have access to multiple products and services from insurance and investment companies we are contracted with. We work for our clients – not the institutions – and we all own the services we provide.

  • Whatever works for you! We know life can be hectic, so a virtual session may work best sometimes – and help save on the commute. Or if you want to get out of the house and visit the office or meet for a coffee, we’re happy to do that as well.

  • Your information is strictly confidential and is stored digitally on a secured and encrypted cloud platform that is password protected. None of your information will be shared unless you provide permission.

  • We rely on open communication with the mutual interest of ensuring growth of your overall financial well-being. If at any time you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to us… and we’ll do the same in return.
